Jieun (90 seconds into Ellie's set): "I just
realized that's a real baby."
Dear Classmates,
While I so enjoyed your talents, I'd like to build on them with some key observations that frame the dialogue in a situational context of paradigm-shifting engagement:
- Both Danny Hatem and Dean Ellwood went for the partial clothes removal...Dave Ullman should "ask what you can take off" in 2014
- Vastly better crowd participation than in MPP1 core courses
- Far more enthusiasm for HKS statistics professors than during MPP1 core courses...
- Too few American cheerleaders wear kimonos...or too few kimono-wearers carry pompoms. It's the accessory that was so wrong it came all the way back around to perfectly right...
- Incongruous raffle prizes: unless you pick up at the talent show, who needs a free night at the Charles?
- Rhythm is not one of Prof. Gergen's core competencies. Perhaps Iconic Movement's performance immediately prior set the bar a tad high
- Brown Sugar: this rom-com of adorableness needs to get made. Devesh to play himself.
- HKS is super-welcoming...unless you're a student at the College
- Kids of HKSers are extremely well-behaved...we should have people my height at school every day

| Current state: unacceptable height inequality |

| Future state: You must be this non-tall to enroll...HKS to be a primary school + me. |
In short (#blatantpun), a wonderful time was had by all. To wit:
Adam advocates direct democracy pre-show (he later recanted): Is this a show where you get to vote people off?
Dan Bowles (is a delightful Jack Donaghy): I'd rather stand. Sitting is weakness.*
*May not be a legit quote. I may have inferred this from Dan Bowles politely offering me his chair.
